📌 Important: Custom Made-to-Order Products

Please read carefully before placing your order:

All Punjab Star products are custom-made to order with personalized team names, player names, logos, and/or numbers. Since these items are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be resold, customized/personalized items are NOT eligible for return or refund unless there is:

  • A manufacturing defect
  • Damage during production or delivery
  • An error made by our team

📦 Stock / Non-Customized Items

If you purchase an item without customization (no names, numbers, logos, or custom printing), our standard 30-day return policy applies.

✅ Returnable Items:

  • Plain jerseys without customization
  • Standard stock items

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any item with team names
  • Player names
  • Numbers
  • Custom logos or designs
  • Special made-to-order products
 

🔄 Standard Return Policy (Non-Customized Items Only)

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase included
  • Not customized or personalized

Return Shipping Cost

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • No restocking fee will be charged

🛠️ Manufacturing Defects & Damages

This policy applies to all items, including custom/personalized products.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if:

  • The item is defective (stitching issues, fabric defects, etc.)
  • The item is damaged (torn, stained, or damaged during shipping)
  • You received the wrong item (wrong size, style, or color)
  • Printing/embroidery errors occurred
  • Names, numbers, or spellings do not match your approved design
  • Print quality is poor (fading, peeling, smudging)
  • Items are missing from your order

If there is a manufacturing defect, damage, or an error on our side, we will:

  • Review the issue using the photos you provide
  • Provide return instructions if required
  • Either remake the item at no additional cost
  • Or issue a full refund if necessary

You must report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.
