What GSM means
GSM (grams per square metre) measures fabric weight. Lower GSM is lighter and cooler; higher GSM is warmer and more durable.
120–140 GSM suits summer sports and running. 140–180 GSM is the all-round jersey weight. 240+ GSM is for rugby, contact sports and outerwear.
Care instructions
