Sublimation Printing
Ink is turned to gas under heat and pressure and bonded permanently into polyester fibres.
Embroidery & Tackle Twill
Computerised multi-head embroidery for crests and logos, and tackle twill for numbers and lettering.
Screen Printing
Classic plastisol and water-based screen printing for cotton tees, hoodies and bulk orders.
Fabric Cutting
Pattern pieces are cut by hand or machine to exact size, with printed panels aligned to the pattern.
Stitching & Assembly
Skilled operators assemble each garment with flatlock, overlock and cover stitch machines.
Pressing & Finishing
Names, numbers, heat transfers and silicone prints applied, then garments are pressed and finished.
Quality Control
Every order is checked at fabric, cutting, stitching and final stages before it is packed.

Questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
10 pieces per design for custom sublimated teamwear. Sizes can be mixed within one design. Private-label programs start from 100 pieces per style.
Is the design mockup really free?
Yes. Send your logo, colours or a sketch and our design team returns a front, back and side mockup within 24–48 hours, with no charge and no obligation.
How long does production take?
Usually 15–21 days after mockup approval for orders up to 250 pieces. Larger orders take 25–35 days. Rush production is available for some products.
How do you ship to the USA, UK, Europe and Australia?
Express air by DHL, FedEx or UPS, 3–5 working days door-to-door. Sea freight is available for large distributor orders. We can quote DDP so duties are paid in advance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T), Wise, PayPal for samples and small orders, and Western Union. Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% before dispatch.
Can you match a previous order exactly?
Yes. Every approved design, colour code and pattern is kept on file, so re-orders and additional players match the original kit.
