Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
10 pieces per design for custom sublimated teamwear. Sizes can be mixed within one design. Private-label programs start from 100 pieces per style.
How do I place an order?
Request a quote, approve your free mockup, fill in the size roster, pay the 50% advance and production starts.
Can I order without a design?
Yes. Tell us your colours and style ideas and our designers will create options for you.
Design & mockups
Is the design mockup really free?
Yes. Send your logo, colours or a sketch and our design team returns a front, back and side mockup within 24–48 hours, with no charge and no obligation.
What file formats do you accept?
AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, SVG, PNG and JPG. Vector files give the sharpest results.
Who owns the design?
You do. We never sell or reuse your design for other customers.
Production & quality
How long does production take?
Usually 15–21 days after mockup approval for orders up to 250 pieces. Larger orders take 25–35 days. Rush production is available for some products.
Can you match a previous order exactly?
Yes. Every approved design, colour code and pattern is kept on file, so re-orders and additional players match the original kit.
How do you check quality?
Fabric, print, stitching and final inspections, with a photo and video report before shipping.
Shipping & payment
How do you ship to the USA, UK, Europe and Australia?
Express air by DHL, FedEx or UPS, 3–5 working days door-to-door. Sea freight is available for large distributor orders. We can quote DDP so duties are paid in advance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T), Wise, PayPal for samples and small orders, and Western Union. Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% before dispatch.
Do your prices include shipping?
Listed prices are FOB Sialkot. We quote express air or sea freight per order, or DDP door-to-door with duties included.
What does DDP mean?
Delivered Duty Paid: we include duties and taxes in the quote, so nothing extra is due on delivery.
After-sales
What if a piece is faulty?
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we replace it free in your next shipment, or by express if urgent.
Can I add players later?
Yes. Your design is saved and extra pieces can be ordered at re-order pricing.
Sport-specific questions
Do you print sponsor logos on soccer kits?
Yes. Sponsors, league badges and crests are sublimated into the design at no extra charge, or embroidered for a premium finish.
Can we get home and away kits in one order?
Yes. Each colourway counts as a separate design with a 10-piece minimum, and you get one combined shipment.
Are your 7v7 jerseys compression fit?
We offer compression (tight) and semi-fitted cuts. Most travel teams choose compression; youth leagues often prefer semi-fitted.
Can you meet a tournament deadline?
Tell us the event date when you request a quote. Rush production of 10–12 days is possible for most 7v7 orders.
Do your jerseys fit over shoulder pads?
Yes. Game jerseys are cut with extra width and length for pads. Our size chart lists pad-fit measurements.
Can you do tackle twill numbers?
Yes. Single, double or triple layer tackle twill, stitched with zigzag stitching, in any colour combination.
How strong are your rugby jerseys?
We use 240–260 GSM knit with double-stitched, taped seams. Each style passes a seam-strength pull test before bulk production.
Do you make retro rugby shirts?
Yes. Classic heavy cotton-poly rugby shirts with woven collars and rubber buttons are available for clubs and fan merch.
Do reversible jerseys show print through?
No. Reversible jerseys are two separate fabric layers stitched together, so each side's colours stay clean.
Can shorts have pockets?
Yes. Side seam pockets are available on pro shorts for leisure and streetwear orders.
Do you make softball uniforms?
Yes. Women's fit jerseys and pants are available in every baseball style, in the same design as the men's team if needed.
Can pinstripes be real stitched stripes?
We sublimate pinstripes by default. Woven pinstripe fabric is available on orders of 100 pieces or more.
Do you include libero jerseys?
Yes. Add libero jerseys to any order in a contrasting colour, priced the same as standard jerseys.
What inseam do your spandex shorts have?
2.5 inch and 4 inch inseams are standard. Custom lengths are possible on orders over 50 pieces.
Are ice hockey jerseys sized for equipment?
Yes. Ice hockey jerseys are cut larger to fit over pads, and goalie jerseys are larger again. Check the hockey section of our size guide.
Do you make field hockey skorts?
Yes. Pleated and straight skorts and kilts with built-in shorts are available in women's and girls' sizes.
Do you make cricket whites?
Yes. Test whites shirts and trousers in white or cream piqué, with an embroidered club crest.
Can we add sponsor logos on T20 kits?
Yes. Sponsors are sublimated into the design at no extra charge.
Do you make bodysuits for netball?
Yes. One-piece bodysuits with built-in shorts are available in all sizes.
Are position bibs included?
Bib sets of 7 can be added to any order in matching colours.
Do pinnies fit over pads?
Yes. Pinnies are cut wide in the body to fit over shoulder pads.
Do you make women's lacrosse kits?
Yes. Women's fitted jerseys and kilts or skorts are available.
What chamois do you use?
Multi-density foam chamois pads for club and endurance riding. Premium pads available on request.
What is the MOQ for cycling kit?
10 pieces per design, mixed sizes allowed.
Can each player have their gamer tag?
Yes. Names, tags and numbers are printed per player at no extra cost.
Can we sell replicas to fans?
Yes. We make fan versions and pack them retail-ready with your labels.
Do you make private-label fightwear?
Yes. Many fightwear brands use our factory for shorts and rash guards under their own labels.
Are rash guards IBJJF compliant?
We can follow IBJJF ranked colour guidelines on request.
Do you make race event shirts?
Yes. Finisher and participant tees for events, from 100 pieces with low per-piece prices.
How light are your singlets?
Around 120 GSM micro-dry fabric with mesh panels.
Do you make goalkeeper kits?
Yes. Long sleeve goalkeeper jerseys and pants in a contrasting colour, padded on request.
Can you add league sleeve badges?
Yes. Send the badge artwork and we print or attach it.
