Rugby is the hardest test for any garment, so our rugby jerseys use dense 260 GSM knit, taped seams and a tight fit that gives opponents little to grab. Silicone gripper print on the chest and shoulders is available for lineouts.
We make classic hooped jerseys, modern sublimated designs and retro cotton-collar styles, plus shorts with reinforced crotch panels and drawcord waistbands.

Rugby uniform questions
How strong are your rugby jerseys?
We use 240–260 GSM knit with double-stitched, taped seams. Each style passes a seam-strength pull test before bulk production.
Do you make retro rugby shirts?
Yes. Classic heavy cotton-poly rugby shirts with woven collars and rubber buttons are available for clubs and fan merch.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
10 pieces per design for custom sublimated teamwear. Sizes can be mixed within one design. Private-label programs start from 100 pieces per style.
Is the design mockup really free?
Yes. Send your logo, colours or a sketch and our design team returns a front, back and side mockup within 24–48 hours, with no charge and no obligation.
How long does production take?
Usually 15–21 days after mockup approval for orders up to 250 pieces. Larger orders take 25–35 days. Rush production is available for some products.
How do you ship to the USA, UK, Europe and Australia?
Express air by DHL, FedEx or UPS, 3–5 working days door-to-door. Sea freight is available for large distributor orders. We can quote DDP so duties are paid in advance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T), Wise, PayPal for samples and small orders, and Western Union. Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% before dispatch.
Can you match a previous order exactly?
Yes. Every approved design, colour code and pattern is kept on file, so re-orders and additional players match the original kit.
